Director of Finance
The Director of Finance provides leadership and oversight for the financial operations of Eagle’s Landing First Baptist Church, ensuring faithful stewardship, transparency, and integrity in managing the resources God has entrusted to the church. This role supports the Give component of the church’s disciple-making strategy (Gather, Group, Give, Go) by creating systems and practices that encourage generosity, trust, and sustainability.
The Director of Finance works closely with the Executive Pastor to steward financial resources in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the church, enabling ministry effectiveness and long-term health.
Student Assistant
The Student Assistant serves Eagle’s Landing First Baptist Church by providing practical, administrative, and ministry support within the Group component of the church’s disciple-making strategy (Gather, Group, Give, Go). This role supports student ministry environments that foster biblical community, spiritual formation, and relational discipleship.
The Student Assistant works closely with the Student Pastor to support the mission of the church while helping develop the student’s skills, character, and calling in a real-world ministry environment.
