Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the facility operations of Eagles Landing First Baptist Church and Eagles Landing Christian Academy, ensuring that the church and school facility, systems, resources, and support services effectively advance their respective missions. Proven leaders are adept at managing diverse, cross-functional teams including maintenance, security, transportation, administration, and custodial personnel. Expert in driving long-term organizational value through strategic project planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, and rigorous safety and compliance management. Skilled financial steward with proven experience in department budgeting, vendor and contractor management, and leveraging strong negotiation skills alongside deep building systems knowledge to optimize operational efficiency and institutional safety.
Custodian
This position works Monday – Friday from 6:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
The custodian is responsible for performing custodial maintenance duties that keep Eagle’s Landing First Baptist Church and Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy a welcoming and clean environment. The role is responsible for a wide range of custodial responsibilities including floor and surface care, restroom and hygiene maintenance, waste management, classroom and common area cleaning and maintenance, facility maintenance, grounds keeping, supply and equipment logistics, supply restocking, event support, wall and ceiling care, and hazard identification and removal.
Custodian
This position works Monday – Friday from 7:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

This position works Wednesday – Friday from 6:00 pm to 2:30 pm, Saturday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and Sunday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
